Welcome to Stulyfes Education Pvt. Ltd., aligned with Unite-India.com ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), accessible at www.unite-india.com and through our mobile and web applications ("Services").

We thank you for trusting us. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and mutual respect. By using our Services, you ("User", "School", "Parent", "Student", "Business", or "You") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may discontinue using the Services.

1. Eligibility

Our Services may be used by schools, teachers, parents/guardians, and students.
Some users (students) may be below 18 years of age. In such cases, access to our Services must be supervised and managed by their parent, guardian, or school authorities, who take full responsibility for the student's use.
By registering or using our Services on behalf of a school, organization, or business, you confirm that you are authorized to represent and bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Accounts & Access

Accurate Information: You agree to provide complete and correct details while creating an account and to keep this information updated.
Security of Account: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any action performed under your account will be considered as authorized by you.
Multiple Users: In case of student accounts, parents/guardians or schools shall have administrative rights to oversee, guide, or restrict access when required.
Unauthorized Use: If you suspect unauthorized access, you must immediately notify us. Unite may suspend or block suspicious activity to protect your data and security.
Right to Manage Access: Unite reserves the right to disable, suspend, or terminate accounts that misuse the Services, provide false information, or attempt unauthorized activities, always keeping in mind fairness and user protection.

3. Use of Services

Permitted Use: You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Services for educational or business purposes connected with your school, institution, or organization.
Respectful Use: You agree not to misuse Services for fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Content Responsibility: Any content (such as data, messages, or uploads) shared through the Services is the responsibility of the person or institution providing it.
Prohibited Activities: You must not:
- Copy, modify, resell, or reverse-engineer our software or applications.
- Upload viruses, harmful code, or disruptive content.
- Violate intellectual property rights of Unite or any third party.
User-Centric Approach: While we retain rights over our platform, we are committed to providing you with continuous, reliable, and transparent service support.

4. Payments & Billing

Fees: By subscribing or purchasing our Services, you agree to pay the applicable fees as communicated at the time of subscription.
Auto-Renewal: For ongoing subscriptions, you authorize automatic monthly payments through your selected payment method, unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Non-Refundable: Payments once made are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Taxes & Charges: Users are responsible for applicable taxes, government levies, or bank charges linked to payments.
Payment Gateways: Transactions may be processed through trusted third-party payment providers. While Unite ensures secure integration and compliance, payment failures or delays may be subject to the payment provider's terms.
Invoices & Records: Detailed invoices and receipts will be made available through the platform for your transparency.

5. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is our priority. Personal, institutional, or student data shared with Unite will be processed only for providing and improving Services.
Schools and parents retain ownership of their data. Unite does not sell, misuse, or disclose user data to unauthorized parties.
We adopt industry-standard encryption and security practices, but no system is fully immune to risks. Users are advised to exercise caution while sharing sensitive data online.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in Unite's platforms, including applications, dashboards, websites, software, logos, and materials, is owned and protected by Stulyfes & Unite.
You may not copy, distribute, or use Unite's intellectual property without written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Unite integrates with trusted third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, SMS/email providers, hosting services).
While Unite cannot control external failures, we take full care to safeguard your data and privacy in such integrations.
Any additional terms of those third-party providers shall also apply when you use their services through Unite.

8. Limitation of Liability

Unite shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages such as loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities.
We are not liable for disruptions beyond our control, including internet failures, server outages, third-party service breakdowns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Unite in the preceding 12 months.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or matters where exclusion is restricted by law.

9. Termination & Suspension

You may discontinue Services at any time.
Unite may suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, non-payment, fraud, or breach of Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your right to access the Services ends.
- Unite may retain limited data to comply with legal, tax, or regulatory requirements.
- Intellectual property developed and owned by Unite remains with the Company.

10. Compliance & Responsible Use

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stulyfes Education Pvt. Ltd. (Unite India), its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Your access to or use of the Services,
Any violation of these Terms or applicable laws, or
Any infringement, misappropriation, or violation of rights (including intellectual property or privacy rights) of a third party.

This obligation will survive the termination or expiry of your use of the Services.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect improvements, legal requirements, or operational changes. Updates will be communicated on our website/app. Continued use after such updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra.
We encourage resolving disputes amicably before approaching formal proceedings.
